Classes – Cheerleading

Cheerleading is fun and challenging, it not only increases individuals co ordination, flexibility and dancing skills, cheerleading is a real team orientated activity. Cheerleading requires a lot of trust from fellow cheerleaders, in order to perform successful and safe stunts.

Protègèm currently offers two cheerleading classes, Junior cheerleading is aimed at ages 7-11, Senior Cheerleading is offered to 12- 16years. Both classes involve a thorough warm up followed by cheers, chants, stunt, dance (and pom pons!)
